Over all the training class was excellent. The instructor made the material easy to understand, and examples of how to apply it. The hands on teaching allows the instruction to be absorbed much easier. I went in knowing very little about Excel and went out feeling very comfortable.

As a General Manager of a new company there are a lot of things to put in place. I was struggling with keeping our contact database and sales territories organized and easy to find, change and navigate. Each of my sales reps was using her own Excel spreadsheet and Outlook account which made it hard to keep everyone’s information up to date and easy to find. JoLynn came in to do some Outlook training and as we began our discussions we came to the conclusion that an Access database would be the best route for us to go. JoLynn was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew we were a start up company and needed to keep our costs down so she gave great instructions and kept me very involved in the creation of our database. Not only was JoLynn very personable and knowledgeable but she was always available to answer questions and provide help.

I recently had the opportunity as a contract trainer to work the University of Illinois BIS Depart. to provide Excel 2007 Level 2 and Level 3 training to about 200 employees at Peacock Engineering in the Chicago area. I wanted to share some comments that the students had from the 9 days of classes:
