Credible?  Trustworthy?  You decide...

Have you been checking into our credibility with the Better Business Bureau or others?  I'll save you the trouble.  I am not currently listed with the BBB and the reason is the cost.  The BBB is a non-profit organization used to list complaints or view if there are any complaints about a company for an annual fee based on your company size.  My company size is 1 therefore the cost for me to belong to the BBB is $465 per year.  I am not making enough money to be able to budget this expense just yet. 

I am trying to keep the prices that I charge my customers low.  If you would like to investigate further on who I am, feel free.  I'll even help.  Here are something's you may want to know about me both professionally and personally.  But please don't just take my word for it...call some of the companies I have worked with.  Here is a link to some of my customers.

Computer Training and Consulting is a 1 person company that just became an LLC.  It is run by just me, JoLynn Rihn, but I do have a network of other companies that I work with as contractors.  I have been working as a sole proprietor for over 10 years.  Over the past year I have been working  towards making this business a real business with marketing, regular email communications, business cards, flyers and much more.

I was born and raised on the north side of  La Crosse, WI.   My maiden name is Loomis (Helen and Lloyd were my parents).  My husband is Joe Rihn and I have 4 children (Jillian, Brittany, Clinton and Karlynn) and 1 granddaughter (Kirra).  We live in Onalaska at 4008 Mary Dr.  This is where I work out of my home.

I started my working career as a telemarketer when I was 14 years old.  So I have been in sales a few year now...(don't want to completely give away my age).  Here is a link to my resume where you can read more about the path I took in the computer industry which explains how I got where I am today.  I have worked with companies like:  MicroAge, ComputerLand, Business Technologies, Kwik Trip, etc.  Over 20 years in the computer industry alone...not counting  my days at Trane Company, Shopko, and others.

I truly love what I do and it does show in the way I teach my classes.  Ask any of my students or former co-workers, I was born to be a teacher (OK...to talk).
